Description of Junkers Ju52/3m – German WW2 military aircraft
The Junkers JU 52 is the most recognizable German three-engine aircraft from World War II. Designed for the transport of passengers and cargo, it has proven itself well in military aviation. JU 52 aircraft transported many troops on all fronts of the war.
The most famous operations in which the JU 52 participated are the attack on Greece, Operation Merkur, (the landing on Crete), and aid to the Sixth Army of Field Marshal Paulus, aborted at Stalingrad. After World War II, the JU 52 was still produced in France under the name AAC. 1 Toucan and in Spain as CASA C.352-L. Single copies remain in operation until today! The model made of construction blocks has many moving elements such as rotating wheels with rubber tires, moving propellers and air filters. The opening door to the transport compartment and cabin allows you to place inside a figure of a pilot and a German paratrooper (Fallschirmjäger). The block model was produced in the color used by the Luftwaffe during the landing on Crete. The building blocks are covered with high-quality prints that do not wear out even with intensive use. It is a great toy for all the youngest aviation enthusiasts.
