The Panzerkampfwagen VIII Maus is not only the largest tank in the world - it is a fascinating piece of history that you can now recreate with COBI construction blocks. Built by Krupp under the supervision of Ferdinand Porsche, the 188-ton Maus tank was to be a response to the Allied armored superiority. Although it never went into mass production, its existence has forever been recorded in military history. Two prototypes were taken over by the Red Army – from their parts, one complete model was built, which can still be admired in the Russian museum in Kubinka.
